Best cell phone night photos?

I decided to buy a new smartphone. The main focus is on the camera. Budget maximum 650 euro. May also be from 2019, but not older. First I wanted to buy the Huawei P30 Pro because I think it can take really cool low-light photos. But then I noticed that the camera is not as powerful in daylight as e.g. That of a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus. Since I can't buy an extra smartphone for day photos and night photos, I wanted to know whether there are cell phones that can take both good day photos and good night photos. I don't really care about videos and selfies. I'll use the main camera for 99% of the pictures anyway.

And please no "buy yourself a camera" answers, because I currently have a pretty bad cell phone and therefore just need a new one. Apart from that, I always have my cell phone with me and not a camera.

This is utter nonsense. Why should a camera perform worse during the day? Daylight is the simplest lighting condition.

At DxO Mark, the P30 Pro performed just as well as the Galaxy Note 10+. In the test of the P30 Pro you will also find some comparison images: https://www.dxomark.com/...ra-review/

Here's a daylight example where the P30 Pro clearly does better. It shows a lot more details and the face is better lit:

Or here e.g. Does the floor look like water colors when you zoom in on the S10+ image, while the P30 Pro retains the details:

From there on you can edit pictures if you like the picture e.g. Is a tad too dark or too light.

So I had to read 3 times to understand night picturesโ€ฆ I thought something else๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Yes well a little clumsy choice of words on my part xD

I always looked at DXO Mark too. I just noticed that some of the images on the P30 Pro just don't have that great dynamic range.

If you have the time and feel like it, watch the video from 3:37. That's what i mean

It's a matter of taste, I think the P30 Pro has a much clearer picture and more realistic colors. And in addition, such reviews only ever compare the standard mode, with the Huawei P30 Pro you have 10 different Leica color modes that display the picture slightly differently in terms of color. In addition, there's an HDR mode that increases the dynamics. The phone only uses this automatically if you set the Master AI mode. And the guy probably didn't do that. Well, if I were you, I wouldn't give such influencer reviews so much.

Ok thank you!
