After purchasing mobile phone unknown photos from 1970: Is my cell phone not new?

I bought a new Huawei at a supplier from Germany on Amazon and noticed only after a few weeks, that in the gallery were a few same-looking, blurry images. It looks to me as if my cell phone might not be new and it was put together in that place. I only saw these photos when I went to "all photos". The recording date is January 1, 1970. Now I wonder, among other things, if the camera is not original, because the performance (she's already sharp images 😄) is not so intoxicating. Do you think these photos are really proof? How do I find out if the camera is real?

In 1970, there were no cell phones, let alone smartphones. Who knows what that date is.

I can explain the date:
It happens if you can transfer images without a specific date from a disk (eg Pc) to your phone.
The same is synonymous with my iPhone 7 so I have some 1970'er pictures.

Why the pictures are on it but I can't explain you so the phone is probably not new.

No new product. Complain - but note down the serial number, so that you do not send the same thing again (without photos).
