To all cell phone users among you.
My phone (Huawei P9 lite, built in 2016) does a wonderful job, except for a shortcoming that has been going on for almost half a year.
problems:
Pictures and videos can't be taken anymore: Recorded photos are gray after a short time and after a short time completely gray with flash and the display "No miniature recording available"
Videos, no matter how long recorded, are shortened to less than 5 seconds after a short time and then no longer playable
Serial photos can be taken without problems, and do not disappear like the individual photos
Images and PDF files can't be opened after downloading ("This file can't be opened")
When I delete photos and videos from the SD card (or entire folders) such. WhatsApp photos, GIFs and videos, recover the deleted folder by itself after shutdown and restart
The recorded videos, which still exist on the phone, can be retrieved, but can't be sent
The memory path is set to SD card and otherwise I have never played since the start of the settings.
What are possible causes for this phenomenon? The mobile phone works otherwise perfectly and has no external damage.
Broken sd card
Maybe format the SD card. Is probably an input output error.
