What does this error (Android) mean?

When I wanted to turn on my Huawei p8 Lite today, the first thing I saw was an error message (see picture) that says:

software failed failed get help from http://www.emui.com/emotiondownload.php?mod=restore

After that, I just restarted my phone and it works fine. I only have a problem with disk space for some time. I'm going for both the internal memory and my memory card (64 GB). Have my phone re-set about 3 weeks ago. Since then I have installed a relatively large number of apps, but immediately (before the first start) moved to the memory card.

And as for the error: I have visited the said page, but it has turned out to be a Chinese 404 page…

I'm really wondering what's going on right now…

Do you know what the whole thing is about?

Since it has probably not installed a system update richtit, nothing about which you have to worry about. The page was therefore displayed as 404 because they have now apparently moved

OK everything good. But how can I get the update now? Have times called the update program, but it shows neither new updates nor past changes to…

It may be that malware has tried to push you fake updates or it is just a fault in the system that caused an update should be installed that does not exist

Error 404 means that this link address was not found by this page, because there could be 2 reasons: Entwder was changed the link address or deleted from the server.

Look with a file manager, if you have larger amounts of files in your filespace under the directories "Huawai", "HuawaiSystem" or "HwOUC" lie.

Typically, updates that are intended for download will arrive at several models in "HwOUC". And there might still be something flying around, which a) causes the error and b) takes away your memory.

Solution in case of doubt: erase brutally. If it was a legitimate update, then the update management will flush the thing in again. And then hopefully in the correct / complete form. Any install errors sound namely after that either the supposed update was not an official update, but any malware, or that it came with the download of the update to a demolition. In both cases, then fails the update check the signatory check and there's just an error. The broken files remain regularly and may need manual clearing.

Aha, ok. But why exactly do I recognize these update files?

In said "HwOUC" folder, if you have that, are just (!) These update files, plus possibly even a semaphore file. Update files are typically a few hundred MB in size, possibly even larger.

Otherwise, the names should be reasonably self-explanatory, or one can just match them with what was previously offered as an update. If no update was offered before, there's something lazy anyway.

Ok, so I do not have the "HwOUC" folder. Have recently rebuilt the phone, so I'm not so sure if I have ever updated.
