An app for lucid dreaming (play and stop voice messages)?

I would like to dream lucid and have discovered a technique that I would like to try out. But for the technology I need a mobile phone app that plays my voice recordings at a certain time and automatically stops again.

Does anyone know of such an app?

You can install Automate, which is a tool that can be programmed to determine what it should do, how and when. It is best to keep the mobile phone in active mode, then you can start something with the timer and stop it again.
