I changed my SIM card and external memory card from the old Motorola phone to a new Huawei phone. All apps were taken over, also all contacts, only my videos, photos and the chat history from WhatsApp are no longer findable.
The images will most likely still lie on the internal memory of the Motorola Handies.
How do you feel about that? Connect the mobile phone via USB cable to the USB port of the PC and then use the Finder / Explorer to view the contents of the Motorola. Maybe you have to set on the Motorola phone yet, that the phone should act as a USB memory.
If that does not work, you can still try installing Motorola software to manage / back up the handset on your PC. Since you should then get access to the pictures / videos.
For Whatsapp… Since you can do in the application but backups… They are then usually backed into a cloud (at least at Apple). So just make a backup there and then back up in the new phone.
