Love community,
After researching the old WhatsApp histories, I've found that in a certain chat, the news from 9 December to 17 December 2017 mysteriously disappeared, although I have not deleted them.
How can this be possible or can these messages be restored? These are important business data. Can it be that the mobile phone cleaning program has deleted these messages?
I have a Huawei P8 Lite 2017 and use the preinstalled cleaning program.
When it comes to important business data, the painful question is again in the room: "Where are the security copies?"
If you do not use security settings (sync with the cloud or your Google Account), then the data has disappeared irretrievably. I have no way UNDROID known to reconstruct data, if the memory has already been overwritten several times… And you can - with your date information - probably go out?
Thanks for your answer. My backups are the regular WhatsApp backups that are automatically applied to my phone in case I accidentally delete something. However, these only last 7 days. And honestly, I did not expect the disappearance of such old data, without its own effects. How is that possible in principle?
Sorry - but I have to pass on this question too. Although I know relatively well with Windows operating systems, but with ANDROID it is enough for me only to basic knowledge. Under Windows I could give you some explanations of where data mysteriously disappear, but with ANDROID - as I said - I would have to ask the glass ball or coffee grounds… I'm sorry!
