Google play away?

I hafe following problem and although (see picture), but it is not only on snapchat but also on YouTube like that, I do not really know this So I ask here what I have to do? I've tried as an apk google okay Tuesdays for my huawei p9lite install, has not changed anything.

I then tried to find Google play store but I do not know why, the app is gone from my phone?

You now have to download and install an APK from the PlayStore. And then install Google Play Services.
