How can I see the exact battery charge?

How can you see the exact battery charge on a Samsung mobile phone like on Huawei? For example, not just 50%, but 50.6%. Is there an app or a setting for it? I mean:

Either you can read it out on Android or Huawei has also implemented something to make it work.

The photo is included with the newer Huawei smartphones. But only if you use the 40 watt charging cable from Huawei. So a bit tricky

This is not possible.

Then you just get a device that has implemented such a display. Any Chinese manufacturer should now be able to offer it.

There are no apps in this regard.
