I have a problem with my phone (Huawei P8 lite 2017). Even if I have a battery charge of 50% for example, I suddenly get the notification that I have 0% battery and that the phone now shuts off. Then it goes completely down and I have to turn it on again completely and then there's my original battery charge again, in the example now 50%. I'll always load it for safety's sake, but I have no idea if that will do any good and if I really did not have a battery and the ad did not vote or something. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Sounds like a defective battery. I hope it's a cell phone with a replaceable battery…
Try a new battery.
Do you know how to check if the battery is replaceable? Is this somewhere or just google?
That sounds like a defective battery due to memory effect. You write that you recharge the battery for safety's sake at 50%. This drastically reduces the life of the battery. It is true that hand batteries have no memory effect, but that's not true. The battery should have 20% or less before recharging.
