Huawei mate 20lite battery problem?

I have a little problem with my 1.5 year old Huawei mate 20lite. The battery has been causing problems for a few days now. If I fully charge the cell phone then it uses up the battery so well but at some point it simply goes out even though the display sometimes shows 80, 60, 40 etc.% charge. Sometimes it falls into a bootloob where I only get out when I plug it in. When I connect it, I suddenly only have a few percent battery left. When I charge it, it first charges normally until it is sometimes not 100% charged 10 minutes later. A reset had nothing. What could it be board or software? Perhaps someone had a similar problem and can help me?

Why does the battery drain so quickly? How can I improve my battery life?

The power consumption of the device depends on how you use the device. You are advised to turn off some infrequently used features in order to maximize device life. To solve this problem, do the following:

Open the Huawei Health app and turn off Wrist to activate the screen when you are not using this feature.
Open the Huawei Health app, navigate to Users> My Devices> Notifications, and turn off the notification function for apps that you don't use.
Disable the Bluetooth disconnection reminder in the Huawei Health app if you are not using the reminder.
Turn off Measure Heart Rate Automatically and HUAWEI TruSleep ™. Activate it only when you are using it. The single heart rate monitor function and the normal sleep monitor function can meet your daily needs.
If the battery is low, do not use your device to communicate or listen to music I.

The battery is flat and has to be replaced, it only has a low capacity, Huawei gives a 24-month manufacturer guarantee on the battery as well.

That doesn't answer the question at all, it is about the cell phone going out even though it is 50 +% charged according to the display. It never used to be that way because I got through the day with my use and today I have to charge every 2 to 3 hours.

They wanted me to have 200euro for the repair, so I get the cell phone new. In addition, the repair takes time and I'm unfortunately dependent on the cell phone. But thanks anyway for the quick answer.

If this was only bought 1.5 years ago then the manufacturer's guarantee still has on the battery, what is the reason for wanting 200 euro for the repair?

The problem is that the cell phone is part of a contract and in the shop I was told that it was a "consumable" item. Even if it shouldn't be like that, I still can't have my phone sent for repairs because I have to rely on it.

St

Then go to Saturn, they will repair it immediately and the costs should be around 60 euro

Will see. Maybe I'll buy a new cell phone right away.

I'm happy to recommend the P30 Lite, I have it myself and am very satisfied with it.

Thanks for the star, greetings to you
