Transfer data from Huawei LYO L21 to S10?

I just got my S10 and now I have to transfer my old data to the S10 the problem is that when I swipe down on the Huawei there's no transfer of media files (MTP) and when I go to the setting I see no USB setting hope you can help me somehow.

Isn't that only possible if you want to transfer the files to a new huwaei cell phone?
