Data transfer? Internal memory, SD card?

I have a problem and frankly I don't know anything about it. My cell phone broke, which is why a new one was ordered. Both are from Huawei. I have a SIM card and an SD card in my current one. My data is also in the internal memory. If I want to transfer the data with an app, will the data be transferred from the internal memory? And is the data on the SD card transferred? What else can I do to transfer the data from the SD card?

Copy the data to the PC using a USB card reader. Also works with SIM cards.

The internal data could be read out via USB cable. Or all data with the My Phone Explorer app
