Something strange is going on my smartphones. I have a Samsung S2 (4.1.2), Samsung S3 LTE (4.4.4) and Huawei P8 lite (6.01). Suddenly no files (photos / sounds) are detected by the inserted SD cards (all Samsung) anymore. If I copy the sound files into the internal memory, no MP3 will be recognized anymore, only OGG. For all the phones mentioned this has occurred at different intervals and remains so. Reinstallation brought nothing, reformat cards also not. Important: The maps are still accessible (for example with Total Commander).
I have absolutely nothing changed or installed. I was just surprised that until then set for the contacts Ringtones did not work. It is interesting that the files, if I copy them suddenly 2x in the list (only then). Sure, yes then on the map and in the internal memory. If I delete it from the internal, the on the map synonymous not visible - so selectable. Important: I initially removed the original internal folder structure because I thought the system was looking for the first "Ringtones" or "Notifications" folder. However, this is not the case. If I only copy a single file into the internal one, then only this and double appears. If I delete it from the card, it is represented in the selection only 1x. Achso, and it must be OGG, MP3 are suddenly ignored in both memory areas. As I said, now with all devices. The files worked and were not changed.
That seems completely illogical to me, because it is in fact without intervention in all devices a synchronous error. Anyone an idea? I've installed ESET Mobile Security everywhere, if anyone thinks it's a nasty virus. The soft reports nothing.
First uninstall Eset Mobile Service.
Unsupported app, install, sometimes aimp or VLC.
That's a funny answer. I wonder if you would have written me the nonsense, if you knew that I'm a computer scientist.
Since you can afford a new phone.
