Change Android to iOS? Data transfer?

I will soon be switching from my Huawei p8 lite to an iPhone SE. I then give my huawei to my mom who still uses the Samsung Galaxy Trend Plus. How should I best transfer the data? I thought so:

1.Save data from my Huawei on computer 2. Transfer data from my Huawei to the iPhone with the Move to iOS app. Saving the data from the Samsung computer and transferred from there to the Huawei (Sim card just swap is not because it does not fit)

Basically all this is explained to you by Apple in the setup of your smartphone and it will ask you if you want to get your data from somewhere. The rest is self-explanatory.
