Switch from huawei to ios?

I just got the I phone 8 and want to transfer my data from the huawei p20 lite. When I try to "transfer to IOS" it says that the cell phones can't connect. I have a Georg SIM card and my cell phone is unlocked. The sim card is in the iphone. However, the cell phone sometimes disconnects… Can anyone help me?

Is on both Wi-Fi.
