Cell phone data transfer although screen broken?

My cell phone flew there earlier and since then the screen no longer reacts to touch, i get a new cell phone in a few days (an iphone xr i currently have a huawei p smart which broke so the screen) and i have to make a backup and transfer the data i have already tried to control the cell phone with the pc but you have to have usb debugging. Can I still transfer the data anyway? Would be very important

So you can try to make a backup through the recovery, just read in something but in the end you won't get it from your cell phone anyway, if it is really important then go to a data saver and it will help you.
