I bought the Huawei Matebook X pro and installed Windows on it myself for various reasons.
Now neither the touchpad nor the touchscreen works. I'm very sure that it is just the missing drivers.
The hardware works 100%
Unfortunately, on the Huawei download page I don't find drivers for the touchpad or the touchscreen.
The support couldn't help me either.
Click on the window symbol at the bottom of the task bar and enter "Device Manager". There you can see all devices of your Matebook and can install the missing device drivers over the Internet from there.
However, you have to search for the right device yourself.
The missing devices are unfortunately not shown there. If I had to download the drivers, I wouldn't ask here…
Might be a late answer but maybe it'll help anyone else in the future. You must download the Huawei PC Manager and from there you can install the drivers.
