How can I transfer data from my internal memory to my SD card?

I have a Huawei p8 lite 2017 and there's only 1.10GB free on my internal memory, 57.64GB on my SD card but I can't save any data on it. I've already googled but I can't find a solution that works on my phone. Can someone help me please?

You connect your cell phone to the PC and either connect via Hisuite or activate USB debugging… Then it's like 2 different drives…
