I now have all the solutions on the Internet and am desperate. My Pokeball Plus works fine in itself. Except with Pokemon Go. When I try to connect it in The App, the device is shown to me, but when I try to pair it comes on the first try a 'The connection failed' and later then the window for customer support. There, I tried all possible solutions. The device can be so far connected to my Huawei P20 Pro, that the device vibrates when pressing the red top button and also displayed as PBP in the Bluetooth list. If I link it this way, it will no longer appear in the app. The middle button that flashes the device will not work anymore. Only the short vibration when pressing the upper red button shows that the device is seemingly coupled, but not connected.
I have restarted the phone several times, and the app is updated to 0.127.2 3 days ago.
The switch functions of the device work perfectly. Only smartphones do not seem to like it. Why does not that.
Once the ball reset is not synonymous? Had similar problem, can connect with nothing, later can't even eknschalten. And around the Mew (if still inside) you do not have to worry about it, with me it was still inside. If you shake dat Teul, then the circle is just pink when dat cattle are still in it. Reset button is next to the closing time on the black ring.
Unfortunately have the same problem. Connection with Huawei P20 not possible.
The ball works on the Samsung S8.
