Yesterday I bought a Pokeball Plus. Actually, I wanted to use the ball to play Pokemon Go. But somehow the ball can't be connected to my smartphone. At first I thought the ball might be broken, so I exchanged it for another. Unfortunately without success! Will not work again. My smartphone is a Huawei Mate 10 Pro and should not be out of date for the Pokeball Plus.
Does anyone have a similar problem?
