I have always been able to connect my previous mobile phone with a 3.5 mm socket to my stereo system or the e-drum without any problems. My new Huawei P20 no longer has a jack socket, just this stupid… USB3 connection with adapter to 3.5 mm jack. Unfortunately, I don't get a sound from my stereo system or the e-drum either via the original adapter or by purchasing it from a third party. Only headphones work. Does anyone know NEN adapter that works safely with a very ordinary 0815 jack cable?
