I bought a Huawei P Smart earlier this year. Tonight I still had YouTube running because I forgot to put it out. This morning at half past 7, it has also aroused me properly. I put the phone back on stand bye and left it on the charging cable (100% battery). Less than an hour later (half past eight) the phone was out and has shown no reaction to pressing various buttons and my charging cable. It can't be switched on since then. Since you can't easily remove the battery in the P-Smart, I can't see if something is wrong with the battery. From the outside, the phone looks normal. When I connect the phone to my PC, the PC detects something is plugged in, but it does not recognize the phone. Does anyone of you have any idea what's going on with my phone? Could it really be something on the battery?
Keep the on / off button pressed for 10-12 seconds?
If long press (about 10 seconds) on the power button brings nothing, let it be empty. Then you hang it back on the stream and you may be lucky and it will work again.
If you do not want to wait that long, take it to one of the many cell phone repair shops that can take the battery out.
Yes, that was my first thought
The phone does not vibrate, no status light, nothing… Even the press does not work… Not even if I hold down volume / volume + power button
As I said power button 10sek hold. If that brings nothing see above.
Simple mistake. Deep discharge battery. Hang up for a few hours.
