I recently ordered the Huawei P40 Lite with a smart cover, but I don't seem to be able to turn it on. The instructions on the internet are pretty straight forward. Just have to go into the settings, then turn on "Accessibility" and Smart Cover. However, the smart cover option does not exist on my phone. According to the instructions and the case itself, the p40 Lite 4g should be able to use the smart cover. Am I doing something wrong or is it really not possible?

Exactly the last option seems to be missing on my phone for whatever reason. Is this only displayed if a compatible smart cover is connected?
This option should also be available without a smart cover.
Ev. Update the software?
You can also try in "Settings"
Enter "Search" (at the top) Smart Cover, then maybe the enlightenment will come?
