Viki is no longer working properly. Can someone explain to me what I'm doing wrong?

So I'm a huge kdrama fan and until recently I watched my dramas on Rakuten Viki. But the program no longer works for me for whatever reason. Is it probably because I have a Huawei p 40? (what exactly happens when I go to the app, I uploaded photos)

I really need help because I want to see my drama end

I tried it but the screams were on top of each other and I couldn't press anything anymore

Delete the app cache, in the settings under apps then viki then delete cache
