My cell phone had a display damage. Everything else worked. So I took my cell phone there. When I got it back there was a new display BUT my WLAN was no longer working, my Bluetooth was no longer working and my fingerprint sensor was no longer working. For 30 euro he made me a bulletproof film. I complained… It was said on my cell phone that it is normal for a display replacement that the fingerprint is no longer possible. And with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, he didn't do anything for it, these are late effects of the fall (which was over 1 month ago). He would have to flash my cell phone and maybe it will work again. But that costs me another 35 euro. OK, of course I want it to work… So he did it, he took off my armor foil, for which I already paid him 30 euro. Apparently it was no different. Then when I had tested everything… Wi-Fi keeps aborting and Bluetooth still does not work. He doesn't feel responsible for it because he says he can't do anything about it. He refuses to give me a guarantee for the repair. I was in a Huawei verified workshop today (unfortunately only learned from the anger that there's such a thing). They confirmed to me that the circuit board that is responsible for the Bluetooth is defective and told me that this happens a lot if unverified workshops like the one he does do something like this. The fingerprint sensor, which supposedly no longer works when you change the display, works again, the verified workshop just had to recalibrate it. He talks himself out with lies. I also paid him more for the exchange with a "special price" (50 euro more) than I would have paid at the verified workshop.
What is more, when he exchanged the display, he simply gave it to my friend who said he wanted to pick up my cell phone. On the one hand, he did not know whether this was really my friend, and on the other hand, he did not have my consent. He shouldn't have done that!
Go to the police and file a complaint about fraud and get a confirmation from the Huawei shop guarantor as evidence.
I would give them their opinion or hang up a non-refundable property damage report.
Vltt can you also talk to the boss of the store?
You can view the repair shop you would most likely get your money back
I talked to the boss and the boss was also at work on my cell phone.
That's what it will boil down to
Was just at the police station that sent me away again
Have the confirmation from the Huawei shop? And straight to the lawyer
