So I have a contract with a Huawei P20 lite. It has fallen down a few times and now it comes to the fact that the battery is broken. But the display and frame are not included in the warranty: So my question, if I send it in with just a battery damage and also write that the display and the frame should not be repaired, they only repair the battery? Are they even relocating something? Or it may be that I have bad luck and they repair everything and then want to have money? I ask for a quick answer.
If your phone looks like this, the battery will probably be broken.
They will charge you for that.
You may only repair or replace what you have requested from the order. I would not pay any further costs in your place.
Depending on the manufacturer, there's no or limited warranty on batteries, usually limited to 6 months.
