IPad and Android?

I have the following problem: I'm currently training and I would like to write on an IPad at school, but I would like to have access to the data from the iPad, my Huawei P30 Pro and my Windows 10 PC. Is that possible?

Why does it have to be an iPad?

To record, etc. Could you take an Andorid tablet, then you would then after correct setting automatically sync all data on Huawei and PC.

Personally, I do not have to complicate it myself as absolutely necessary.
