On the iPad screen recorders with internal sound but no micro sound?

Could you e.g. A YouTube video etc screen record so that you have the sound of the YouTube video in it, but not what the microphone records? For example, on my cell phone (Huawei p30) it works, but no idea whether it works on the iPad. If you understand what I mean.
