Is the Huawei p30 pro waterproof and can you make underwater photos and videos?

Should you want to use it to film with it - just take a 2nd so that you have at least one more thing that works.
I'd suggest you buy a cheap camera built for that, or at least an underwater case.
Many new cell phones are sold as watertight and last for about 30 minutes at a depth of about 1 meter.
However, this is actually only intended if the phone falls into the water and not intentionally to use it underwater.
Some manufacturers, such as Apple, are doing something difficult and do not want to get it done. I can't tell you what Huawei's look like.
If you really want to be sure, buy a waterproof case.
