Huawei P30 Lite: As far as I know you have to root your cell phone to spoof. The only problem with my cell phone is that you can't unlock the boot loader and therefore can't root the cell phone. There's also the option to downgrade Google Play Services, but this is also not possible on my mobile phone because it no longer has Google Play Services. I used the VMOS app to spoof. This is a virtual Android system, but this method has been patched for a long time. Now my question is: is there any way to spoof (any) on my phone?
PC: I just want to say again that I also have a PC, which means that if there's a possibility, I could also spoof on my PC.

Spoofen is rather impractical right now in corona times. Nia has been pretty quick lately in terms of banning spoofers. In PoGo as well as Ingress and HPWU.
If you really want to do it, wait a bit for more loosening then it won't be sooo hard
Play correctly or leave it at that. Pokemon Go is obviously not for you if you have to cheat to play it.
If you don't want to play, don't play
I wouldn't do that anymore. Better connect to a player community.
If you cheat, then be so fair and just sit with your own team color and leave other colors alone. Nobody has anything against spoofers who only sit down for it. Neither do I.
