Download Pokémon Go even though it is actually not compatible?

You can't download Pokemon Go on my Huawei P40 mobile phone now my question is whether you can download Pokemon Go from other sources? E.g. Computer picture

If it's not compatible with your phone, you won't get it anywhere else.

You can get the apk file. Whether it can be installed or, should it work, whether the app will then run at all is rather questionable.
