Pokemon Go can't get in the game?

Put simply, it gives you more access to your phone and even deletes system apps and loads of other stuff.

Nintendo apps do not go for that anymore and with Pokemon Go I had exactly the same problem.

After I removed the root Pokemon Go went back to me, so I would have typed it. If you do not know it, it will not be, unless you bought your phone somewhere needed then you could check it out.
