Huawei Mate 9 In-game Browser is not working?

I've had a problem with my in-game browser on my Huawei Mate 9 (Android version 8.0.0) for some time now.
For example, if I'm redirected to a browser window during a game, I can't press or interact there. On the Internet one finds on this topic only the hint Java Script to activate. The only browser I find on my phone is Google Chrome. There, however, Java Script is activated. The browser that opens in-game is also not Google Chrome it is an extra window in which the game continues in the background.
Does anyone have experience? It would be great if someone could help me.

Is this only in this game or in others? But it is not a browser.

For other games as well. Even if I click on a link in Gmail also opens an overlay window.
