Mobile phone is not in debt damage can you complain?

So I bought after the summer holidays a Huawei p10 lite now has a part of the plastic solved around the screen (the phone has never fallen to the floor nor was it treated badly) my question is now whether saturn the mobile phone is exchanged or not?

Sometimes you can have it exchanged, but this happens rather out of goodwill, as in external damage is usually assumed that it happened self-inflicted.
