After cell phone repair scratches on the back?

I need advice on my Huawei P30. Almost 3 weeks ago, I sent my cell phone back to the company from which I got it because dust particles have accumulated in the front camera. Now I picked it up from a DHL branch three days ago because I was not at home and of course then could not deliver it. When I took the cell phone out of the original packaging and turned it around, I saw flashes of scratches on the back, which were not there before. I wrote an email to the company on the same day, whereupon they contacted me the next day with a request to take a photo of the damage. Today I got a call that the cell phone was approved by the workshop and there were no scratches. The gentleman on the phone also told me that the back was completely replaced during the repair, but did not know the reason. On the whole, he just explained to me that the only way I have is to go to DHL, report the damage and hand over my cell phone for 4-6 weeks, and then with a high probability that I will hear that for the damage are not responsible… Another option was that the consultant on the phone contacted the line that they could send me a small JBL box as compensation.

What do you want me to do now? I find it extremely annoying since I had the mobile phone for less than 3 months and was accordingly new and now there are scratches on the back which I did not cause…

I would take the box, put my case back around my cell phone and laugh that they are really stupid and sent a box.

This is very strange and there's no evidence of who caused these scratches. DHL can't have anything to do with it that lies about the workshop and you can't prove it.

Do you trust this box to be of reasonable quality at all? So I don't know if that's a great replacement. But you're right, I would take that too, because the other one has no chance of success.

No, I don't think it's funny or anything, and I can't laugh about it either.

But anyway, my cell phone is only in a case that covers the back of the cell phone. That is exactly why I did not use a fancy color but took my P30 Pro in plain black, I never see the color anyway!

And since I don't see the color anyway, a scratch on the back wouldn't bother me, the part still works.

If I didn't have a case, I would already have a scratch on the back.
