Since the day before yesterday my phone is broken and now I try for 2 days somehow restore the data. It is a Huawei Nova 2. Unfortunately, the screen is completely black, but it still partially lights or vibrates. I got an old cell phone from a friend, but that's an I Phone. This also means WhatsApp chatverläufe are completely gone. Is there a way to restore that? In addition, I have now managed googledrive on the laptop and there's a backup of my cell phone from the day before yesterday. Can I somehow open it on the laptop?
Connect mobile phone to PC and see if you can access the internal memory.
If that does not work, then have your phone repaired or bad luck.
Otherwise, buy new Android phone, log in there with your Google account, and then you get your contacts, etc. Pp. Again.
WhatsApp backup will then also be downloaded from Google when reinstalling, if you have backed up there.
Connecting the phone to the PC does not work because the screen is completely black
The internal memory has nothing to do with the screen. If only the screens were broken, and the phone still works, then you can also access the memory…
Okay thanks. Unfortunately, something does not work anyway, but would the latter option also work with my brother's android cellphone without it somehow being affected later? So to speak, that I log in there, accessing my data and then playing on the laptop
If one could then search on the non-functioning display that allows the access of the pc on the phone ;-)
So if you have n google drive backup, just buy a new android phone and set up there with the same account.
if necessary the whatsapp chatverlaufe lack if you had not activated the function.
Works for me from home. I do not have to choose anything!
Yes. Once you have done that, he remembers the pc. Will not be like that here ;-)
And the pictures on the phone?
Should also fit.
