My phone has a water damage but everything works up to my screen. I have an app on the laptop with which I can see what is displayed on my screen but with that I can't transfer my data to my laptop. I also tried Dr Fone and FoneLab but I can't keep up because I do not know the device model of my cell phone. Are there any other such apps for Android phones where Huawei is on the list.
Just go to Explorer and copy the files of your mobile phone to your computer
You can transfer or save your data to Google
It has ne memory card inside if so just unplug and transferred with a memory card reader on pc
To do this, I have to give my laptop the permission to transfer data with my phone (whose screen is black) otherwise it will be displayed in the explorer that the folder is empty.
