In short:
Huawei P9 lite, display is broken and I can no longer access the data. Has anyone had an idea or experience with it and can help me to save the data? Would be very nice.
Everything that is saved with the SIM card, accounts, etc. Can be restored on another device. However, what is generally not saved / backed up, you will not be able to restore as long as your device is inoperable.
Your pc still recognizes the cell phone
Yes, I plugged it in, but it says I should "accept" from the cell phone so that icj can access the data
Connect it to the PC, it should appear there as a drive.
So you should be able to save your data.
Too late. You save data, B E F O R something happens. No backup no pity.
Sure it works - prof. Data rescuers do this every day!
Hi. Of course you can do that - there are at least 2 ways:
Repair the cell phone and then you can get the data again
Disassemble the cell phone and access the memory chip with special hardware.
It may also be possible to use tools from Cellebrite, but corresponding service providers will also cost something. You have to keep in mind that such tools cost higher 4 or smaller 5-digit amounts and usually also have annual maintenance contracts that cost money on an ongoing basis.
Therefore, such a data recovery is not cheap…
PS.: I sent you a PM.
So there are tools to operate the cell phone on the pc, ned knows whether it works without a display
