Which app is responsible for the displayed steps on the home screen at Huawei?

On the lock screen of the Mate 20 pro's a shoe icon is displayed with a number. Are these steps taken? I can't find an app for that? Do you know more about it?

I can't take a screenshot from the lock screen.

The app is called HUAWEI Health or just health it has a white icon with a heart.
