Very good cell phones under 400 euro?

Hallihallo and a good evening to everyone here.

I'm looking for a cell phone under 400 euro, which is about as good as a device in the higher price range.

The most important thing for me is a relatively good to very good camera. The best is a device with the best camera in this price range.

Huawei and Honor are falling out because I have been rather skeptical of Huawei since the problem with the USA, also with regard to Google services.

Otherwise I'm open to all brands.

only on Friday my Vadder bought a P20 (which is better from the processor than an S8).

also Huawei and we also knew about the "problems" and it would be really as bad as you think believe me my Vadder would not have got it either.

I can safely recommend a Huawei p20, you won't find anything better for this money

Yesterday bought my colleague 2 Iphone 10 for 800 euro, come from a contract and still have 12months. Guarantee from Appel, its provider only wanted to give 600 euro, hopefully I made no mistake!
