Always get ripped off when buying a cell phone?

I don't buy cell phones online because I've heard that things can go wrong too. I have no idea which cell phones are good and when a cell phone breaks I go to the store, say what my cell phone should be able to do and then I get a cell phone. The cell phone should be fast, have a lot of memory without a memory card, run smoothly when gaming, have a good camera and cost between 200-300 euro. Until now, I was always being kidnapped and cell phones were sold to me that simply close during larger games or that it jerks a lot. In my opinion, the cell phones are not the best for the price, but cell phones with a bad rating (Motorola) or which will soon be for the garbage anyway (Huawei). How do you protect yourself from that? And which cell phone or cell phone brand is right for the price? It doesn't have to be perfect, but larger apps / games should work without jerking

I can generally recommend Xiaomi smartphones or rather their sub-brands. There would be a Poco F3 device (Poco is a sub-brand of Xiaomi). So the part has more power than 100 euro smartphones a year ago. It is perfect for gaming because of 120 Hz (refresh rate = smoother). That costs 350 euro, however. The Redmi Note 10 pro (also a sub-brand) can do similar things, but it is a bit weaker in terms of suffering. But there shouldn't be any problems there either.

I meant, of course, 1000 euro smartphones

For the price you don't get a cell phone that really works well. After 3 years at the latest, something starts to jerk in almost every cell phone. However, if you do not attach great importance to the latest software, then I would recommend you to get flagship models from 2019, 2018, 2017 (possibly 2020), e.g. I already have a Samsung Galaxy S9 a few times at good dealers (not Wish and the like) for around 300 euro.
In general, I think you should rather rely on Samsung. Samsung is not very good friends with Google, but should it come to a Google service (or Android), Samsung will have a solution ready very quickly because they already have not very little experience with Tizen (I can explain this in more detail in case anyone is interested.)

An alternative is Xioami and all of its sub-brands, which offer a very good price-performance ratio.

You can't expect any gaming miracles at the price
