Good cell phones -? -?

Would like to know from you what are currently the best cheapest cell phones. I had the Huawei p20 first and was very satisfied, but then unfortunately I forgot it on the train. Now I have a Huawei p8 (given as a gift) for half a year and is very difficult with it because it often lay and does not work at all.
