Dear Community,
a week ago I bought a Huawei. When I realized that there are no Google services available on this phone, I would like to return it. Is it even that easy to do?
Only if you bought it online. If you bought it in the store, you have no right of return. You can only ask if they take it back on goodwill.
Next time, first inform, then buy.
Nope, you may be accommodating and that's how it works. As far as I know, they only have to take it back if there's a shortage. But even then it doesn't mean your money back

It depends on whether you bought online or on site:
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, not for on-site purchases; then you are solely dependent on the merchant's goodwill.
If it is an online purchase from a commercial dealer, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal!
The statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days from delivery of the goods.
Some online retailers have extended the statutory right of withdrawal to 1 month.
Commercial entrepreneurs are legally obliged to provide a

hold ready!
You can find both in the general terms and conditions of the retailer.
You do not have to justify the revocation.
Tip: Since you are required to provide proof, the return should only be made with proof of shipment (shipment number)!
