The cell phone of my mother and my brother (Samsung Galaxy A20s) does not connect to our Wi-Fi (Unitymedia). My cell phone (Xiaomi) and my brother's (Huawei) can connect and work perfectly. The Galaxy A20s connects to other Wi-Fi networks as normal.
Maybe switch the router again.
Me and my brother also have the same cell phone, but everything works.
Perhaps it is also due to some attitudes.
If nothing helps, google again.
And if maybe you should call the provider.
Check whether your Wi-Fi is set to 5Ghz if so, set it to 2.4Ghz. You can do this on the website of your router. But doing so may slow down the internet for your brother.
Go to Settings → General Management → Reset → Reset Network Settings on the smartphone.
This approach often helps.
You have to reconnect to your Wi-Fi, hopefully you know the Wi-Fi key.

If someone has activated a MAC filter in the router on the configuration page, this restrictive setting can deny WLAN access to any "third-party device". If that doesn't help either, then on the router's configuration page, just give ONLY the SSID for 5 GHz a different name, this ensures stability.
