Since I currently have the Garmin Vivoactive 4 and would like to try another manufacturer like Samsung, I wanted to ask if it is currently worth buying a Samsung wearable such as the Galaxy Watch or the Watch Active 2, which takes over the ECG and fall detection from Apple was worth it. Since Samsung is planning a new wearable (possibly Galaxy Watch 2), I'm not sure whether I currently want to get a Galaxy Smartwatch or it makes sense to wait for the new Samsung Wearable?
What are your experiences with the Samsung Galaxy Watch, Watch Active, Watch Active 2 compared to other manufacturers such as Huawei, Honor, Amazfit, Garmin, Apple, etc?
Samsung's unannounced successor to the Galaxy Watch Active, the Galaxy Watch Active 2, will be the first smartwatch from the company to feature an ECG heart rate tracker, reports Wareable.

The Galaxy Watch Active 2 is the first and so far only Samsung smartwatch with the EKG function.
I have a Samsung Gear S3 (predecessor to the Galaxy Watch) and have only had good experiences so far.
I only had a Xiaomi Mi Band 3 otherwise.
