I have a Huawei, so far everything was ok with the cell phone, except that the glass splintered on a small corner…
I just loaded it, suddenly it hung up and didn't come on anymore. I then connected it to my charging cable, but there was only a red symbol (one always comes in green when the phone is off and charging) which normally never appears. I took the phone off the cable, tried to turn it on and the message came back (so if my battery is empty, it can't be that a message comes anyway). Plus, my phone usually turns on even when I don't have a battery. Can't remove the cell phone battery either because the cell phone won't open
Do you have a laptop or pc? Which version or which model do you have?
If you mean the cell phone: It's a Huawei p20 Lite. Version I don't know, guess the latest one. The cell phone is now almost 2 years old.
First of all, do you have a laptop or PC?
If so, Huawei has a self-diagnosis program that you can install and then simply connect the phone to the and let it run. Can you even turn the cell phone on, even if it's attached to the cable? If not, try the phone in safe mode / try to start the recovery mod and reset your phone.
But be careful if you decide to reset your phone it will be all gone so think twice before you do it.
I have a laptop. It does not work if it is attached to the charging cable, it can't be charged. I would rather not reset it. Is there no other option, or is there just the way to reset?
Maybe the battery is flat;
the mobile phone / smartphone then shows you the charging status as normal,
however, a flat battery can no longer be charged and thus the device can no longer be switched on
🤔
(my diagnosis is now no guarantee)
So I'm assuming that it is a software error in Android something can unfortunately only be fixed with a reset, so try to move with the eRecovery Mode from Huawei, i.e. You only delete the buffer and not the data from the entire cell phone (you'd still have everything)
(Press the volume up and power buttons on your smartphone at the same time. As soon as the Huawei logo appears, release them.
Press "Reboot". You will now enter recovery mode.
If you want to delete the cache, call up the recovery system as described below and select "Wipe cache partition".)
If that doesn't help either, then try to bring the cell phone to life via Hisuit btw you can also back up all your data there. Simply install via this link and connect your mobile phone
https://consumer.huawei.com/...t/hisuite/
With the program you can maybe save your cell phone or your data as well.
If that doesn't work, then try to contact Huawei support
Yes, but normal white can the device start, if it depends on the electricity but not in this case?
Thank you so much! My cell phone just came on out of nowhere! Maybe it was overloaded or the battery was too weak or something…
It's a pleasure.
My cell phone also turns on when I don't have a battery
I want my cell phone to work without a battery…
Sorry wrong worded. My cell phone can be switched on when it has no battery, but only for 30 seconds then it goes off again
