I'm really pissed off right now! I bought JBL TUNE wireless headphones a few days ago. I used it for 2 days and then the battery was empty. Didn't have the supplied charging cable at hand and tried a normal micro USB cable. Nothing happens. Now I have just charged it for 1.5 hours using the supplied charging cable with a Huawei plug. Again nothing happened! When plugged in, the light glows white for a short time and goes out again. I still have the note but unfortunately no longer the packaging, can I still exchange it? Does anyone have any idea what it is?
Yes of course. You don't need the packaging either.
Maybe you can try another power supply… Maybe yours is too weak…
Or was the original one with a plug?
I tried 5 different power packs and 1 power bank because I didn't think of that

Hmm, pity. Then either the internal charging circuit is defective, or you have deeply discharged the battery during the first operation and thus ruined it.
When you have replaced the part, remember to never let the battery run out until you switch it off…
At least 20% must remain in there, otherwise it will be damaged, even the first time…
