Cell phone doesn't recognize my headphones?

My mobile phone does not recognize my jbl cable on ear headphones but other headphones (samsung, huawei cable headphones)

For this, my ps4 recognizes my jbl cable headphones

There are 2 similar-looking headphone connections with a diameter of 3.5 mm: the normal stereo headphones with 3 metal parts and the headset / headset of cell phones, which have 4 metal parts on the plug. The two fit in diameter, but not on the contact springs!
