Unlock call barring on Huawei not working?

For some time now I have not been able to accept SMS or calls on my Huawei tablet because a call and SMS block is activated. Which I have not activated myself. And when I want to disable it, it says failed. I have to enter a password, but I don't know which one!

I urgently need an SMS from Whatsapp with the login code because otherwise I can't access the app.

The provider is Vodafone if that is important.
